When do I arrive?
Please ensure your prompt arrival between 4:00 and 4:20 PM. Our guest of honor, Kim Harty, will make a grand entrance at 4:30 PM. Please note that there isn't on-site parking, so please allow a few extra minutes to park and arrive.

Getting There:
The address is 1151 Chapel St, New Haven, CT 06511. The venue is part of The Graduate Hotel. You'll see "Old Heidelberg" clearly labeled from the street, it's down a set of stairs directly in front of the hotel.

Parking?
There isn't on-site parking. Make sure to allow a few extra minutes to park and arrive. There are ample parking throughout New Haven.
The closest parking is to park on York Street at the York Street Garage. Park near the elevator that says Chapel Street and take the elavators to the level L ( lobby). Once at Lobby Level, head out the doors through the alley and the Venue is directly across the street

Dress code?
No dress code is required; please come in what makes you feel comfortable. But we encourage you to wear your dancing shoes and party attire! This is a celebration, after all!

Light appetizers are available when you arrive followed by hot hors d'oeuvres throughout the night. And, of course, birthday cake.
